We are placing a radiotherapy catheter into the breast, using 19298. We are doing it in the office. I was wondering if anybody was billing/coding for the actual catheter separately. I have talked with another office and they are billing just the placement code and not the catheter. Any info you can provide would be great, inluding a code for the catheter if you're doing it. THANKS!
