Conversion of gastrostomy tube to gastro-jejunostomy tube, percutaneous, under fluoroscopic guidance including contrast injection(s), image documentation and report
This may be what you are looking for. the description is : The physician converts a gastrostomy tube to a gastrojejunostomy tube via percutaneous (under the skin) approach using fluoroscopic guidance. Following administration of any necessary sedation and contrast materials, the physician advances a jejunostomy tube through the previously placed gastrostomy tube into the proximal jejunum. This code includes contrast injections, image documentation, and report.

Unfortunately, there was no fluoroscopic guidance, imaging or report. Thank you for responding. I'm being told to use 44799, unlisted procedure, small intestine.

There was no fluoro. The report states that the gastric stoma was removed. …..a new tube was placed, AMT transgastric jejunal feeding tube.
