Recently took a new position to bill out Home Infusion drugs for out specialty practice. No one to train me 
So I am trying to figure this out as I go. I am having the worst time trying to bill out Lipids (B4185) with TPN because I am just confusing myself with ML to Grams. I know 500ml=100gm but I was hoping for an easy formula to convert. I need 150ml a day converted to bill out in 10gm increments. Any one familiar with this??
