I am trying to figure out what the proper way to code COPD with asthma and allergic rhinitis would be. I know that allergic rhinitis with unspecified asthma would just be J45.909, but then unspecified asthma with COPD would just be J44.9, so if they have all 3 then is the only code J44.9? Allergic rhinitis is not included in COPD per coding guidelines, so I am at a loss in how to code all of these together.
