Wiki COPD exacervation/COPD bronchitis

Physician documents as diagnoses: COPD exacerbation and COPD bronchitis. Would 491.22 be correct dx in this case?

I would say it would be 491.21 since there is no mention of the bronchitis being acute, but rather that the Bronchitis COPD was exacerbated.
