Core Needle Biopsy of Facial Mass

Looking for assistance locating a CPT code for the following facial mass core needle biopsy. I'm stumped....

Procedure: 18 gauge inserted into cheek mass to aspirate, but no blood or fluid aspirated. Provider placed a 14 gauge core needle biopsy instrument into the mass and took core needle biopsies 4 times from right cheek mass and deposited them into formalin.
