We've just started doing corneal grafts, using the 65756 code and the 65757 backbench preparation codes. In some ops the doc states backbench preparation. In some he did not. However, in reading the op, the preparation of the graft is the same (punching technique used before bringing the graft to the operative field). Is this what is meant by the "backbench preparation", thus using the 65757 code? Thanks for any help.
