ostial LCX balloon angioplasty was done and LM to LCX stenting is done, Doctor billed for both 92928 and 92921, i feel we should bill only one code 92928 any suggestions ?

They are 2 different coronary arteries. Based on information you provided, 92928 -LM, 92928-LC. LC also has 2 branch as obtuse marginal 1 and 2, I would check if any IR work was done in branches as well. These are for physician and facility( for none drug eluting stent). If you code for hospital, you need to check what kind of stents they used, that can lead you to different codes. If DES for facility, see C9600- LM, C9600 -LC.
