hi ,trying to find the best ICD 10 code for this coronary artery stenosis , i am not sure i25.10 or i77.1?which is looks better? any other suggestion? thanks

I25.10 is the correct code. From the ICD-10 Index, "Stenosis -> coronary (artery)" directs to "Disease -> heart -> ischemic -> atherosclerotic" which in turn directs you to I25.10.
