Since Medicare no longer recognizes add on Stent codes, i.e., 92929, 92944, etc., is it acceptable to bill the additional Stent deployed in a separate vessel by using the primary code, such as, 92928 or 92941 - with the vessel modifier, say LD plus the 51 Modifier for multiple procedure?
