Wondering if someone can assist, need to verify which is the correct procedure code for the below mention procedure 55700 or 55706?

The Koehlis endorectal probe was placed in the rectum. Transverse and sagittal images of the prostate and seminal vesicles were obtained. The MRI data was fused with the ultrasound data. Using the Koehlis computer system as a guide transperineal biopsies were taken from 18 separate areas of the prostate under ultrasonic guidance. The targeted areas were seen and sampled. Tissue cores were placed in formalin jars and sent for pathologic review. The prostate was 36 gm in size.

The probe was removed and the patient was awakened from anesthesia. He was observed. He was advised to finish his prescribed antibiotics and avoid strenuous physical and sexual activity for several days. He was told to call our office if he developed fever, excessive or persistent blood in the urine/stool, or difficulty voiding. We arranged follow-up so that we could review the results of this biopsy.

55706 due to the transperineal approach
