What is the correct coding for administration fee when a patient comes into the office for a Depo Provera injection only? 96372 is what we were billing along with J1051. However 2 people in my office have started billing 99211.

you use 96372, there are numerous sources that will state you may not bill a 99211 for an injection administration.
