What is the correct coding for administration fee when a patient comes into the office for a Depo Provera injection only? 96372 is what we were billing along with J1051. However 2 people in my office have started billing 99211.
 
In our hospital we use 99211 (cover nursing administration expenses) and 96372 for Injection administration along with J code
