Hello,
Having trouble deciding if 96361 is appropriate in below example:

Time Drug & Dose Volume Route Rate Site
14:06 NS 0.9% 500 ML IV bolus Right forearm
15:13 Follow up: IV Status: Completed infusion

14:07 Dilaudid 1mg IVP Right forearm
15:17 Follow up: Response: No change in condition. Pain is decreased

14:07 Zofran 4mg IVP Right forearm
15:17 Follow up: Response: No Adverse reaction. Nausea decreased

Would correct coding be:
96361, 96374 and 96375.
