Wiki correct place of service

does anyone know what the correct place of service for CPT 20660 (application of cranial tongs, caliper, or stereotactic frame, including removal) would be? This was performed by a neurosurgeon for a procedure done by radiation oncology, no matter what place of service I chose, it keeps getting denied as invalid place of service.

The 'correct' place of service would be the place where the service actually took place as documented in the medical record. It would not be correct to just choose any different places of service for the purpose of getting the claim paid. If your payer has denied the claim due to the place of service, then you'll need to review their policies or speak with them and find their reason for this. They may have a policy that does not reimburse certain services in certain locations, or they may have just made an error.
