Wiki Corrected Billing

Charges were billed to Medicare done in an office setting at the prices of a physician performing in an ASC resulting in a lesser payment than what the physician should have been reimbursed. Can I rebill Medicare a corrected claim with the higher charges? The location was billed correctly. Just the fees were not corrected to the higher prices being done in an office setting.

You would just call the Medicare reopening line and change the U&C on the claim.
