Good Morning,
My doc is in a large orthopedic practice. He examined a patient on 9.14.12 and the parents were not present at exam. The parents came in on 9.24.12 to discuss results, plan of care ask questions etc.... THE PATIENT WAS NOT PRESENT AT THIS MEETING. Can we bill an office visit for this appointment? if so what? Why?:confused:
