Has anyone done an invoice for court fees? Have you just done an invoice?
 
What do you mean by "court fees" are you referring to any charges your practiced incurred due to filing a lawsuit against a patient, or are you trying to bill for your providers time preparing documents or testifying in court on behalf of a patient?

Also, who are you invoicing, the patient or are you looking to submit a claim to an insurance company?
