We cover for an Internal Med physician at the hospital who refers to us for Hem/Onc patients. Can I bill for the coverage when we have a mutual patient that our physician sees as coverage for the Internal Med. physician and sees again for Hem/Onc on the same day?

If all the claims are going out on your NPI and tax ID -- No. Only one claim for one E/M service per day per provider. Use all the documentation together to arrive at your level of service.
