Covered Places of Service for 93880

My provider wants to do a carotid duplex scan (93880) on a patient in a nursing home (place of service 31). I'm trying to find documentation of what places of service Medicare will cover this code. I know it's covered in hospital and office place of service but can't find anything about a nursing facility or assisted living. Does anyone know where I can find this information?
