Hi Everyone,
in our facility we have come across clients coming for Covid19 antibody testing. Our nurses will collect the blood and send the samples to the lab. Which ICD10CM code should I use for the antibody testing. CPT I have given is 36415.
Also if the clients are coming to the out patient settings for COVID 19 test, and our nurses collect the swab and send it to the lab for testing (Lab comes and collect the samples), here the clients not have any consultation with the physician , they were attended by the nurses and done the swab collection. which CPT should I use for this.
