Can a 'drive through' covid testing site bill for the lab test (they are an Urgent Care Facility (87426 or 87428)) and then bill for a telemedicine visit with clinic staff later that same day that includes a review of their test results? They are not billing for the patient self-administered nose swab, and only minimal interaction prior to the test.
