Wiki Covid 19 in SNF

I have a resident who has tested positive for Covid19 in early April and was retested recently and tested negative. What code do I use to capture the negative diagnosis?

Per the AHA, see question #19 in the document linked below, code Z86.19 - Personal history of other infectious and parasitic diseases - would be used for this, (with Z09 primary if the encounter you are coding is a follow-up).
