Will Medicare and/or Medicaid continue to accept the U0003 / U0004 / U0005 procedure codes after the end of the Public Health Emergency? If so, is there documentation to support that? If not, is there documentation available somewhere where CMS advises what codes to begin using after May 11, 2023 as a replacement for the U-codes?
