Wiki Covid vaccine billing

Does anyone know how to properly bill for the Covid administration fee? I'm not sure if we should bill a 90471 or the appropriate 00 code. Also, even though there is no charge for the vaccine should we include the code (91305) on the claim or just bill the administration fee?

What is the age of your patient and what dose did they receive? Depending on which vaccine, age of the patient, and which dose was administered, you will use this chart to determine which CPT code you can use.
