I am struggling to find an accurate ICD-10 for cerebellopontine spasm. Other muscle spasm M62.838 has been suggested but my physician disagrees. Clonic hemifacial spasm G51.3 is also inaccurate he tells me. Need help :)
 
Try this

Look up in neoplasm table; cerebellopontine (angle) and see which code best suites whats causing the hemifacial spasm. Hope this helps somewhat.
