I am struggling to find an accurate ICD-10 for cerebellopontine spasm. Other muscle spasm M62.838 has been suggested but my physician disagrees. Clonic hemifacial spasm G51.3 is also inaccurate he tells me. Need help

Look up in neoplasm table; cerebellopontine (angle) and see which code best suites whats causing the hemifacial spasm. Hope this helps somewhat.
