Wiki CPAP and Humidifier Billing

I have a coding question regarding CPAP & humidifier machines. If a CPAP machine has a built-in humidifier that can not be separated, can you still bill for the humidifier? The CPAP machine is one unit but the patient is receiving the CPAP & humidifier which are normally biller separately.
