I obtained my CPC-A Certification last month. I am new to this field. Do you have Any recommendations on taking Practicode? Is anyone enrolled in that Program? Does it help land a job?

I'm doing Practicode right now. I don't think it "lands you a job". It's practical application of what you "learned" during the course. I obtained my CPC-A in March. Practicode is not easy.

I got my foot in the door in the Hospital Setting as a CPC-A for a HIM Analyst position in the Medical Records Department working directly for the HIM Director and I love it so far! There is so much more to learn behind the scenes of medical records and revenue cycle management, as well as how coding plays a role into all of it. I highly recommend looking into not only specific Coder jobs but other positions as well to get your feet wet!
