Wiki CPC-A job WITH Medical Office experience?

So I just passed my CPC exam recently and am ready to start applying for jobs. I have over 2 years experience in a busy medical office, although my hospital outsources coding. I have also taken 2 medical billing & coding courses!
Any recommendations???
