CPC-A looking to get in

I am a newly certified coder (CPC-A). I have been applying to coding specialist jobs and I have even found ones with CPC-A and entry level but so far I have been getting rejections. I have tried look at risk adjustment and billing here and there. I may not have healthcare experience but I have 10 years expereince in customer service. I am looking for remote positions only because I have medical issues that prevent me from driving. Any feedback would be great!!

I have been looking for a job for 1 year now. I am working at Penn medicine as a patient representative but I want to work in billing and coding. I did apply for a lot of jobs but they need experience. Any suggestions and feedback are really appreciated.
