ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST
• Maintained the inventory mainframe database Kansas Vehicle Inventory System (KVIS) for the State of Kansas and all 105 counties statewide, including the daily review of activity reports such as invoice correction lists, transfer lists, manual issuance lists, lost/stolen/damaged lists, electronic issue lists, purchase orders, uploaded invoices, inventory lists and aging statements from all 105 counties, Kansas Highway Patrol, Central Motor Pool, Kansas Corporation Commission, Motor Carrier Services Bureau, Center Industries and the Division of Vehicles. Initiating corrections and other necessary transactions by accessing and maintaining multiple KVIS, VIPS and Dealer data bases. Contact with other agencies/departments as needed for clarifications and problem resolution. Tracking and maintaining proper inventory levels in all 105 counties. Tacking license plate and decal inventory orders for all 105 counties in Kansas. Ordering all license plate and decal inventory for all 105 counties each year and throughout the year when required. Facilitates the payment of Center Industries by reconciling invoices. Tracking of inventory usage state wide by creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets.
• Maintaining contract balances by tracking purchase orders and invoices on excel spreadsheets, which I created. .

DRIVER REVIEW CASE MANAGER
• Made determinations regarding complex and diverse medical and vision reports on the Filenet imaging processing system. Operation of the optical imaging system required technical expertise and knowledge of the software system involved. Reviewed all incoming medical and vision reports for the Driver Review Section. Prepared and mailed correspondence for each case reviewed. Assisted in the production indexing after reports were scanned into the Filenet system. Placed annual vision and medical report restrictions on computer records. Determined which medical/vision cases should receive further consideration and referred them through the imaging system to their appropriate destination.
