Billing for Hospices Facility

I have a billing question. If a MD is the Attending MD and also the Medical Director for a Hospices facility. Is there something that the facility can file for reimbursment for the facilty it self on this Doctor.
The MD is already being reimbursed for the Plan of treatments G0180 and G0179 and nursing home visits 99308,99309 and so on , but how about the facility it self, should they be billing for smothing?
