I have been an inpatient coder for the past 2 years and have extensive knowledge of DRG's and how to apply proper coding to maximize reimbursement. Other job responsibilities include e/m profee, anesthesiology, and surgical profee. I like to call myself a 'one stop shop' for an entire inpatient encounter. Also familiar with working claim edit's, denials, and DRG audits/appeals from various payers. Looking for a part time or PRN position with flexible hours to expand my knowledge of coding with different organizations practices.

Familiar with EPIC Information System and 3M CRS and CDIS software.
