In the rules for this exam we can bring an extra reference, but it doesn't say what. What would you all recommend?

Does anyone have any suggestions? I can bring my coding books, an e/m auditing worksheet, and one other reference. I can't even fathom what other reference I could bring, any ideas?
 
Possibilities would be a medical dictionary, A&P, dermatology conditions reference, depends where you feel you would like the most help.
