Does anyone have a reference/document they are willing to share that assists the student with highlighting the CPT book in preparation for the exam as well as tabbing CPT and ICD-10-CM?

Thanks, I've been a coder for awhile and this is the first year I've actually tabbed/highlighted my book.

I wish I would have done this when studying for the exams.
