Hi all
I let my license expire in 2017 when my husband was diagnosed with colon cancer. We have reached the 3.5 year mark and I think I'd like to work part-time again. I did all of my ICD 10 training but haven't worked coding with it. I can renew my license and I really want my auditor certification. Think I could jump right into the auditor certification or should I try to refresh my coding skills? I have 3 years outpatient hospital coding experience.

I would definitely spend time refreshing your skills. It will only benefit you in the long run. You don’t want to take the exam any more times than necessary. Good Luck!
