CPC for 12 years looking to get out of production coding

I have been a production coder for 12 years. Mainly ancillary, edits/denials, and some surgery. I have found that I am just not enjoying it as much as I once was. I borderline dread working every day. Not to mention how difficult it is to find a job with that limited experience. I want to get out of production coding. I need to make at least $30 an hour. I can't afford to go back to school or purchase any training. I have no idea where to begin! I have no idea what I would qualify for with only a CPC. I do have an Associate's degree in Medical Administration, but it is from 2007. Can anyone help a girl out??
