We are a locally owned Managed Care/Insurance organization founded by physicians to promote quality healthcare, access and efficiency through the effective use of information technology. (Grants Pass Oregon) This Full Time position prepares and submits third-party payor claims, posts insurance payments and performs insurance and patient balance follow ups. The candidate must demonstrate proficient knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10, CPT and HCPC coding. Training, experience and knowledge of electronic medical/health records systems, ability to demonstrate competency in trouble shooting and problem resolution related to billing processes from claims submission to follow-up.
