Can you tell me what is allowed in when testing as far as notes, study guides, etc. This will be my first attempt.

CPCO exam preparations

I used the study guide as well as the additional resources found on the AAPC website in preparing for this exam. I am able to formulate a study plan by looking at the exam breakdown. The only materials that I brought into the exam room were the resources that I printed from the AAPC website which were organized in a binder. If you look under the "approved manuals" it states what you can and cannot bring into the exam room. I hope this helps and I wish you all the best in preparing for the exam.

Take care,
