Trabeculectomy ab externo ( no previous history of ocular scarring) with Express shunt and topical mitomycin. Then Dr. states CPT 0192T, this was a product evaluation and the device was supplied by the company.
I know to use the CPT 66170 for the Trab, but what about the 0192T?
 
I believe 0192T is the correct code for the mini shunt. Alcon has a lot of information on their website regarding coding & reimbursement of their products.
