Have a patient that has had breast augmentation implants. She now has RT breast cancer & is having Bilateral Mastectomies by the general surgeon & plastics is doing breast reconstruction with tissue expanders (19357). Can we charge 19357 & 19328 for removal of implants? 19328 & 19357 are bundled but Modifier 59 is allowed.
