I have a question.....we have a surgeon that excised 3 tumors from the abdominal wall, each greater than 3cm. Would we just code this CPT once or can we multiply the units by 3? I am new to General Surgery coding...any help would be greatly appreciated.

they are by each so code all three two with a modifier
