Wiki Cpt 24430

Would this cover any part of the humerus or just the shaft. Dr. performed nonunion on surgical neck. He checked off CPT 23615 since he was not sure if 24430 covered the neck.

I thought it was any part of the bone

24430 does not specify which part of the humorous so any part should be fine. I would not use 23615 for a repair of a nonunion.
