Wiki CPT 27620 - denial for dx code

This code is being denied - "procedure not compatible with diagnosis" - I used codes: M93.271 (Osteochondritis dissecans), M89.771 (major osseous defect), M25.771(juvenile arthritis) & R26.2(difficulty walking) - these (except for R26.2) are all ankle related dx codes and the CPT code is explore/treat ankle joint -

I am baffled why they are denying regarding dx codes - can anyone shed some light on this?
