I am having a problem with getting CPT 30465 with the DX J34.89 paid. Is anyone else having problems? What other code should I use??

What is the denial reason? If the denial is for diagnosis/not medically necessary, what are the documented diagnoses- is it nasal vestibular stenosis, or something else? J34.89 has a code also note to indicate tobacco use/history/exposure if applicable.

There are new Nasal Valve Collapse diagnosis codes effective 10/1/2024. Try the new J34.82X thru J34.82XX series of codes if that's what 30465 was for.
