Wiki CPT 32551 with Sedation

I'm trying to find back up that shows that mod sedation is no longer bundled into procedure 32551. I have copied the page from the 2017 CPT changes that shows the symbol has been removed with an appeal but the payer is still saying it's bundled. Can someone please point me in the direction of some additional back up?

I know some of the payers may have been slow and still not implemented the update. Another idea would be if your contract is fixed to a previous year of Medicare rates, the change may not apply.
