Just wondering if you had any luck finding additional resources for this code and how to bill/document for it? I now have a thoracic surgeon who is looking to bill this, working in conjunction with a radiation oncologist. I'm having a hard time finding any guidelines for it specifically. Any info and links to resources would be appreciated! Thanks!

In the CPT book, there are some guidelines for that code that are pretty specific.
Apparently, as of January 2016, there are no NCDs for this, but there some LCDs. Try looking them up on the CMS website.
