Does any one know how much UHC or BCBS reimburse on this code? I tried called insurance but they were not able to tell me .

You may want to check your contract. Typically, there will be a fee schedule attached or a rate per RVU, or some similar indication of your reimbursement. Sometimes you are able to look it up on the provider website after logging in. With private payers, IPAs and other large groups often negotiate their fee schedules.

The office (non-facility) price ranges from about $25 to about $35, depending on your location. The facility price looks to be the same.
