Has anyone had any luck getting paid for CPT 46505 from HNJH? Doctor provides this procedure for chronic constipation with Hirschsprung's disease? HNJH continues to deny for "THIS SERVICE IS NOT PAID. THE PROCEDURE CODE OR MODIFIER IS INCORRECT OR INVALID FOR THE SERVICES BILLED FOR THE REPORTED DATE OF SERVICE". UHCCP pays for it. I have submitted this code with/without modifiers & with/without chemical agents names but have never been reimbursed. I appreciate any feedback!
