Hi, I need help. I coded a lap myomectomy 58545 and ovarian cystectomy 58662 to BCBS and they denied stating the 58662 is bundled to 58545. This set of codes do not have CCI edits. Thanks

You are correct, these two codes are not bundled under CCI edits. However, some payers also have their own additional edits which they do not publish. Appeal the denial.
